Copernicus conference is coming back to Czech Space Week!
This year, however, you can expect some interesting news. The first is that the Copernicus programme has become part of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute since the new year. In addition, compared to previous years, you can look forward to varied lectures focused on Remote Sensing in the Czech Republic, which will not only focus on Copernicus data. The conference will be held in the beautifully renovated Fant building at the main railway station in Prague.
On the first day of the conference, you can look forward to presentations on remote sensing and Copernicus from representatives of the government, universities and private sectors. These presentations will give you an insight into current trends, research and practical applications. In the evening, a social evening will be held in the Fanta building, where you will have the opportunity to meet informally with other participants, make new contacts and discuss interesting topics.
On the second day of the conference, we have prepared a half-day workshop organized by the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). The workshop will start with a general introduction to CAMS services and gradually focus on advanced user discussions. This workshop is designed to be suitable for all participants, regardless of their previous experience, and to provide them with valuable knowledge and skills.
If you are interested in presenting at the conference, we warmly invite you to contact us via email. We would like to give you the opportunity to present your projects and contribute to the conference programme.
Detailed information about registration and the conference program will be provided soon on a dedicated website.
